Fire Training Tower

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, has received a grant from Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and hereby invites qualified firms to submit request for proposals to design, construct and install a fire training tower for the City of Galesburg. The right is reserved to accept any proposal or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals. The City will award a contract for the proposal that best meets the goals of the project and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered. The submission of a proposal by the offeror in response to this Advertisement for Proposals constitutes an acknowledgement of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and the Illinois Preference Act (30 ILCS 570).
