2021-2023 Temporary Labor Program

The City intends to hire a firm for a period of up to three (3) years to provide temporary workers/laborers as needed by the City during the term of the contract (hereafter referenced to as the "agency"). The services provided under this contract include the supply of personnel to perform temporary labor activities for the City of University Heights. During the peak months of October, November and December, the Department will employ a minimum of four (4) workers. The activities include but are not limited to general labor, refuse collection, landscaping, leaf collection, yard waste collection and may include sewer/street maintenance. During off peak months the Department may request personnel on an "as-needed" basis. The contract period is for three years commencing with Contract execution through December 31, 2023.
