Research Building #2 Final Phase Interior Glass, Glazing & Metal Panels

Research Building Phase 4 consists of an approximate 40,400 sf fit out of multidisciplinary research laboratory that will be the cornerstone of the University’s push to become a Top 20 national research facility. This facility is based on the latest improvements in research laboratory design standards. Replacement of sliding glass doors with swinging glass doors on level 2 through 5 at each of the wet lab entrances. This will include but not limited to the removal of the existing doors, removal and replacement of the adjacent glass and transom and the install of a new swinging door and associated hardware.
