| Description | PROJECT DESCRIPTION: JOFL Replace Siding Visitor Center - National Park Service, Johnstown Flood National Memorial, Lake View Visitor Center, 733 Lake Road, Saint Michael (South Fork), PA 15956. The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to replace the siding. The work of this contract consists of removal and replacement of approximately 9,400 square feet of exterior 1 inch x 6 inch vertical tongue & groove wood siding on the Lake View Visitor Center and to include all exterior siding appurtenances. Removal includes all exterior siding, existing fasteners, felt underlayment, and other miscellaneous materials that may interfere with installation of new exterior siding (to be determined by the Contracting Officer’s Representative). Replacement includes complete installation of a new exterior wood siding system (approved by the COR) as described in these specifications. |
