2015-143M19/Replace Steam Lines

This project is phase 2 to the work that was performed in 2007 to replace the steam and condensate piping. Continuing from the phase 1 work, the steam system piping that leads in the Early Education Center (EEC) and continues to the Gym shall be replaced and insulated. Another portion of pipe that distributes to the Jones and Palmer building, from the Argo Building, shall be replaced. All the new piping shall be insulated, though presently much of this piping is not presently insulated, and get new expansion joints and general pipe supports. All of this piping is either in utility tunnels or in maintenance basements.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Subsurface Investigation.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
