Main and Broadway Reconfiguration - 50452 - City of Chico

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chico, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. Installation of vehicular lane reductions per the adopted Downtown Access Plan, in order to create new parking spaces along Main Street and Broadway in the downtown area. Project will include signage, new bike lanes and pavement surfaces. The project is included in the City of Chico's FY 2021-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of June 15, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
