Wright Cuney Outdoor Basketball Pavilion Painting

The City of Galveston is accepting bids to paint the Wright Cuney Park Outdoor Basketball Court Pavilion and replace the basketball goals. • Furnish all labor and materials to paint the Wright Cuney Outdoor Basketball Court Pavilion and Replace the Basketball Goals at Wright Cuney Park 718 41st Street, Galveston, Texas, 77550. • All commercial grade materials•All work to meet or exceed industry standards for commercial grade projects • Project to only accept Premium Quality Paint and Primer Products • Areas of preparation and paint to include: Basketball Court Floor (including markings) Pavilion Columns Pavilion Exterior Pavilion Interior Underneath Pavilion Ceiling Basketball Goal Metal Stands •Prepare all paint areas by method of pressure washing and/or scraping •Remove all mold mildew •Rust treat, and spot prime exposed rebar and other metal components •Apply primer to all newly painted areas •All primer and paint to be applied with brush and/or roller •Base coat for basketball court floor to include anti-slip aggregate •Apply a minimum of two coats of paint on all newly painted areas •Apply a maximum of three colors of latex paint to basketball floor using the existing floor markings/template •Replacement of four (4) basketball goals, rims and nets. Must match Anthem Sports Model: Gared 1272 B Rectangular steel backboard with border or be of greater quality •Quote to include rental of scaffolds, lifts, pressure washers and other equipment •Project site to be maintained of litter, debris including post construction clean-up •Compliance with all Local, State and Federal permitting requirements •Compliance with all Local, State and Federal Labor Laws •Compliance with all Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Davis-Bacon Act requirements •Provide construction time-line for completion of project
