| Description | Request for Proposals for AV and Lighting production services in support of the 2023 Commencement activities. The Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), on behalf of the University of Arizona, is soliciting proposals from interested vendors to furnish the University with AV and Lighting production services for the support of the 2023 Commencement activities described here-in. The term of the award resulting from this RFP will be for up to five (5) years, subject to any termination language. If the vendor or any of the vendor's employees participating in this RFP need, or have questions about the University's accommodations for people with disabilities, please make arrangements with Celeste Kanzig at cdkanzig@arizona.edu. Such requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation(s).
