• Removal and re-installation of existing fence for construction access shall be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder. Any items damaged during removal shall be replaced in-kind at bidders expense. • Remove and dispose of existing tennis net footings and posts. • Excavate and remove existing asphalt. • Remove and replace all fence post concrete that is above grade. • Install CA-6 gravel as needed. • Grade and compact CA-6 gravel. • Install 1.5 inches compacted thickness leveling binder. • Install 1.5 inches compacted thickness surface mix. • Hand compact all exposed edges. • Install one pair of tennis net sleeved posts. • Apply two (2) coats of acrylic sand sealer. • Apply two (2) coats of acrylic color (color to be determined by owner). • Apply two (2) inch acrylic white playing court paint per standard singles/doubles specifications. • Apply two (2) inch acrylic white pickle ball court on each side of permanent tennis net. Final paint scheme shall match Appendix “B” found at the end of this document.(temporary pickle ball nets to be provided by owner) • Furnish and install new tennis net including center strap. • Final project restoration shall include
