Description

In the design and pre-construction phase of this work, studies will be performed to provide recommendations for building recommissioning; air handler repairs, modifications, and replacements; replacement of and/or renewal to building automation controls and programs; ducts (cleaning); and the installation of airborne microbial and particulate elimination technologies such as improved filtration, ultraviolet lighting, and bi-polar ionization. The design-build project delivery method will be used to deliver high-value indoor air quality improvements in selected FVSU buildings identified in preconstruction studies in an integrated strategy.
