Indoor Practice Facility 2021

Work includes but is not limited to: New construction of a 75 rsquo; x 100 rsquo; pre-engineered metal building indoor practice facility. Metal panels will be installed over girt wall and roof framing with vinyl faced insulation. The building floor will be indoor turf flooring installed over a crushed stone paving infill and concrete slab at the restrooms. The interior will have painted plywood panels attached to wall girts. Plumbing work includes two new restrooms, water fountains, and a mop sink. The restrooms will be metal stud wall construction with a subfloor top for storage and gypsum board ceilings and walls. Mechanical work includes a new infra-red heater, restroom heaters, and exhaust fans. Electrical work includes interior and exterior light fixtures. Sitework includes a new drive, parking lot, asphalt bridges, embankment, concrete swale, and grading
