Maintenance Shop and Museum Storage Area Roofing Scope of Work Remove and replace approximately 11,000 square feet of membrane roofing and replace with membrane style roofing. Additionally remove and replace all flashing, curbing of roof penetrations, gutter and downspouts. Each bid envelope shall contain one bid proposal only and shall be marked with the words "Sealed Bid MAINTENANCE SHOP & MUSEUM STORAGE AREA ROOFING PROJECT NO. 2023-09. All proposals shall be made on the forms furnished by the City. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check drawn on a State or National Bank in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total for all schedules bid, payable to the City of Belle Fourche; or, in lieu thereof, a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount for all schedules bid issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Belle Fourche, as a guarantee of the bidder entering into a contract with the City for constructing the project and furnishing 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond. Bid evaluation criteria will be as set forth in the Contract Documents and Specifications. The City of Belle Fourche reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
