Robinwood Drive and Belmont Street Drainage Improvements

As of August 8, 2022, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Construction of approximately 285 linear feet of 18" HDPE Culvert, 1 storm drainage structures, 8 - 30" Bell repair, 64 - 42" Bell repair and other appurtenances. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable statement of bidder's qualifications. The requirements of the bidder's statement of qualifications will be furnished to prospective bidders with plans and specifications. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid guaranty in the amount equal to at least five percent of the whole bid, and such bid bond or cashier's check shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to have a contractor's license under the terms of Act 150, Arkansas Acts of 1965, as amended. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner.
