Description

Work to replace two undersized culverts under Hartley Trail with a 21’-3”, single span bottomless culvert. The Work entails removal and disposal of existing structures, temporary stream diversion, and installation of aggregate culvert footings and rip rap stream bed material. Additional work includes construction of a cross vane structure, removal and disposal of concrete debris from the stream channel, and clearing of two stream access areas.
