Scope of Project: 1. Approx. 6,632 LF 4-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 3,670 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 2,426 LF of 18-inch through 42inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 15,511 SY of 6-inch subgrade Preparation 5. Approx. 14,444 SY of 6-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement 6. Approx. 88 SY of Reinforced Concrete Pavement with "Holland Stone Interlocking Pavers, ETC A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online,Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
