Goldsboro Business Campus - Phase I

a. Grading of earth material as necessary to complete project as detailed within the Goldsboro Business Campus - Phase I (Base Bid Only) Construction Drawings and Specifications. No off-site borrow nor export are proposed. b. Installation of all proposed waterline and sanitary sewer is excluded from this contract, to be installed by Others. The bidding contractor will be required to coordinate with utility contractor, in good faith, throughout duration of project construction. c. Approximately 1,385 LF of collector roadway construction with curb, gutter and sidewalks and associated NCDOT turn lane installation on Patetown Road. Proposed roads to be constructed per NCDOT standards for turnover and NCDOT acceptance. d. Fine grade and establish vegetation as prescribed within Construction Drawings for approximately 11.5 acres of land (minus proposed road pavement, sidewalks and landscaping).
