Water Treatment Plant Chlorine Bay Enclosure

The City of North Lauderdale is requesting sealed bids for our Water Treatment Plant Chlorine Bay Enclosure. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, vehicles, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete this project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Scope of Work, Drawings, and Specifications outlined in the ITB. Bidders are hereby notified that this solicitation is subject to a Cone of Silence pursuant to Section 3-7 of the City Code of Ordinances. The City of North Lauderdale reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid received, re-advertise for bids, or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of North Lauderdale is not liable for any costs incurred by a bidder in responding to this Invitation to Bid.
