The Work to be performed shall include but is not limited to: The demolition and replacement. of the concrete slab, plumbing fixtures, sanitary & supply lines, HVAC, electrical runs & fixtures, doors, and wall partitions & ceilings as indicated on the plans, All physi-cal work shall be completed in the time specified PARCEL NUMBER: 221295-0100 Engineers Estimate for this work is between $530,000 to $565,000.
