Description

Replace the existing 850 MBH input natural gas-fired boiler and B&G series 1510 base mounted heating water pump with two new 399 MBH input high efficient condensing type heating water boilers and two heating water distribution pumps. Work shall include boiler control lead-lag and sequencing with outdoor reset, new air separator, pre-charged expansion tank, and all associated heating water and gas piping. Remove the existing indirect domestic hot water heater, piping and circulation pump. The work shall also include cleaning the vehicle storage garage AHU cabinet, heating coil, and dampers; and installing new controls, damper seals, and actuators on the unit.
