1. Remove and replace existing air handlers with gas fired furnaces and split DX cooling coils, and outdoor condensing units. 2. Relocate existing walk-in cooler condensing unit, extend refrigerant liquid and suction piping as necessary. 3. Remove and dispose of existing roof-mounted make-up air unit above kitchen. 4. Modify ductwork to accommodate connections from existing distribution ductwork in attic to new air handlers in mechanical room. 5. Provide and install airflow monitoring station for outside air ducts. 6. Route condensate drain piping from new high-efficiency condensing furnaces to existing floor drain. 7. Furnish and install new grade-mounted make up air unit with evaporative cooling and direct fired gas heating. Provide and install approximately 10 feet of outdoor rated ductwork with paintable shrouding until through-wall penetration. 8. Provide new building automation system (Delta Controls) to control and monitor all equipment. 9. New concrete pad 10. Partial demo of existing CMU wall 11. New fence 12. Roof patching
