Mowing Contracts - 1, 2, 7 and 14

The scope of work shall include litter removal, finish mowing, edging, weed trimming, and clipping/debris removal for each contract awarded to the contractor. The City has established a 4% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 4% Women Business Enterprise (WBE) goal for the participation of M/WBE firms in supplying goods and services for the completion of this project. Payment will be made by the City to the contractor on a monthly basis for the work completed within the previous month. The invoice is expected prior to the 10th of each month. The total bid amount per mowing cycle and per litter/debris pickup cycle and annual total for both mowing and litter/debris pickup shall be included on the Request for Bid sheet for Contracts 1, 2 and 14. Contract # 7 bid to include on the Request for Bid Sheet is per mowing cycle bid only. Each of these contracts will be awarded separately.
