| Description | ACM Abatement for Complete Gut and Reconstruction of Bedroom #2 for Big Flats IRA. 1.Furnish materials and labor to perform an abatement to the Specifications set forth by Lozier Engineers, dated: 12/15/2021. 2.The Contractor shall perform all contract work in accordance with the contract specifications, New York State Department of Labor Industrial Code Rule 56, 40CFR Part 745, OSHA, NESHAPS, and all other applicable codes and variances. 3.Vendor to remove all drywall on ceiling and walls, down to bare studs within Bedroom #2 for Complete Asbestos Abatement removal of area. 4.Vendor is responsible for providing Project Manager Notes, Employee Certifications, Certified Payroll and Manifests for FLDDSO Records, submitted to the Point of Contact listed above. |
