| Description | Contractor agrees to remain in a constant state of readiness to commence Work as of the date of this Contract Agreement until December 31, 2022; provided, however, that the Commission shall have the unconditional option to extend the term of this Contract Agreement for up to two (2) separate one-year periods upon the same terms and conditions as set forth herein. The Commission shall give written notice of any such extension(s) to the Contractor no less than ten (10) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. |
