The Township of Holmdel is only responsible for forwarding addendums or clarifications to those prospective bidders who obtained specifications directly from the Township of Holmdel, or to those who have put Holmdel Township on notice of having received the specifications. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action) and P.L. 1977, C.33 (Disclosure of Ownership). The Township reserves to itself the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities if deemed to be in the best interests of the Township.
