| Description | T-529 Manzanedo Road Price Township Monroe County -1,636 Ton Superpave Mix Design, Wearing Course, 19mm, Pg 64s-22, 0 to 0.3 Million Esals, Srl-L All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Proposals shall be marked 2022 Road Project. Bidders need to be PENNDOT prequalified. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Hanover Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Price Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and may also waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. |
