Garage Heating Replacement

The general construction work for the installation of the heating system in the Derry Township Municipal Garage Building under this contract. This project is located at the Derry Township Municipal building address 5321 PA-982, Derry, PA 15627 Heating system installed shall be CORAYVAC Completion- October 31,2022 All Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond which shall have, as security therefore, either a Corporate Surety or a certified or cashier's check payable to the Derry Township Supervisors, same to be in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Base Bid Proposal submitted. All Corporate Sureties must be registered in the State of Pennsylvania. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the same has been filed with the Derry Township Supervisors. All contractors must adhere to Act 127 of 2012 (Public Works Employment Verification Act). The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Requirement do apply to this project. The Derry Township Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
