| Description | South Campus S-8 roof replacement project will provide for the removal of the existing roof membrane, light-weight fill, designated rooftop equipment and associated piping curbs, metal caps and metal/membrane flashing. Cut hole in existing concrete deck and precast tees. The scope of work also includes infilling voids in existing concrete deck with light-weight concrete, steel decking and structural steel framing. It includes removing existing skylight and installing new clerestory style skylight as well as installing insulation, new roof accessories and structural steel supports for future HVAC chilled water. | ||
