Nothing stated herein or attached shall bind SWVRJA to purchase any specified amount of the product or products. Further, acceptance of an offeror's quotation will not require the SWVRJA's purchase of all listed items or services. Any additional issues that arise related to this project will be negotiated. All given measurements shall be verified by interested offerors.
