Description

Roof Replacement on the Gardener’s Cottage at Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion State Historic Park, Town of Canandaigua, Ontario County, New York. Contract includes all work indicated in the drawings and specifications for General Contract # D005957 including but not limited to all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the Roof Replacement on the Gardener's Cottage as follows: Removal of asbestos containing materials. Replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof and EPDM roofing with new materials. Removal of deteriorated wood roof decking and trim, replacement with new to match existing. Salvage existing gutters and reinstallation of same.
