Har-Ber Avenue Extension - 40th to Gutensohn

This project includes the construction of Har-ber Avenue from 40th Street east to Gutensohn Road and the widening of 40th Street in Springdale, Arkansas. Contract items include concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement, modification/ widening of existing precast panel bridge structure, relocation of 8” water and sanitary sewer lines, 3” water line extension, curb and gutter, street lighting, drainage improvements, and other miscellaneous items.
