Description Project consist of3 buildings; 5 units as follows; 1. 405 - 407 Moore Circle: One-bedroom, single-story, duplex (568SqFt) 2. 408 Moore Circle: Four-bedroom, single-story, ranch (1,162SqFt) 3. 404 - 406 Moore Circle: One-bedroom, single-story, duplex (568SqFt) 1. Remove all kitchen base cabinets and counter tops, cleaned and stored for reuse. Should damage occur, it shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the owner. 2.Remove all VCT tile floor 3. Remove all shoe molding 4. Remove all baseboards 5. Remove all interior doors and frames 6. Remove all sheet rock at the 4-foot level (with a clean cut) 7. Temporarily cap all existing water supply and waste piping where existing appliances and fixtures have been removed or where service has been disconnected at the time of removal and at the time of disconnection to avoid dust and debris from getting into the piping. Water supply and waste rough-in piping shall remain capped until appliances and fixtures are ready to be installed. 8. Protect existing construction and finishes to remain. Should damage occur, it shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the owner. 9. Remove all items identified as specific demolition.
