The reconstruction of Dry River Road to include curb and gutter, dedicated bike lanes, and a five-foot sidewalk. Project will include traffic control, including work zone detours; erosion and sediment control; seeding of disturbed areas; asphalt pavement; water main relocation; storm sewer; underdrain; and other items necessary for the completion of the work.
