Dishwasher to operate in a left to right direction, standard height, 480-volt 3 phase, built-in 30 KW booster, electric tank heat. Alternates not considered or accepted. Accessories will include:three sheet pan racks that will accommodate six 18X26” sheet pans per rack, two standard vent hoods to connect to existing pant leg duct, and one table limit switch. |
