Forest Street Tank Rehabilitation

Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany the Bid. This Project includes abrasive blasting & recoating 3,800,000 gallon water tank, mods/repairs to existing steel tank structure, lead abatement, drain line installation, sample line relocation, new electrical shed & equipment relocation, Site Work, paving, fence mods. Substantial completion: 270 calendar days from start. Final completion: 300 calendar days from start. The Project being bid is subject to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M and prevailing wage rates as issued by the Director of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive, as amended, apply to this Project.A pre-Bid conference will not be held.
