| Description | The concrete portion of Ketchikan Lakes Road is experiencing rapid deterioration and joint failure. Joint repairs are ineffective due to the concrete's lack of structural integrity at the surface. This project will reconstruct the concrete road, including curbs and sidewalk, catch basins and storm pip As February 27, 2023, this project is currently in the FY 2023 - 2027 CIP. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2026.
