Community Center Renovation

The Village of Odessa will receive sealed bids for the Village of Odessa Community Center Renovation Project. Base Bid: Installation of 2 bathrooms, kitchen utilities, front door, septic system, complete wiring, insulation, install heat pumps, finish floor, remove garage doors and frame in openings. The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the contract. The successful bidder(s) must self-perform 100% of the contracted work. Bids must be made in writing. The Village of Odessa is exempt under New York State Tax law, and, therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The Village of Odessa reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any contract. The Village of Odessa further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests. All bidding questions or Requests for Information must be submitted by 1:00 pm on March 9, 2023. *There are no formal bid documents. We are asking bidders to come look at the project in person and draw up their own plan to submit for our review.*
