PROJECT: CIP 100529 (2-152),100159 (2-124), 100158 (5-148) The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all equipment, labor and material, and the performing of all work for the above described project. The Bidder shall include in its bid or proposal its identification number issued by the Virginia State Corporation Commission or a statement describing why it is not required to be so authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth. Construction of 1.3-mile, four-lane, divided roadway, with bike lanes, curb, gutter, wide sidewalk, noise barrier walls, storm drain structures, storm drainpipe, storm water ponds, 1,050-LF concrete bridge, traffic signals, fiber interconnect cable signage, pavement markings, LED street lighting and landscaping. Work also includes water main installation with a portion horizontal directionally drilled (HDD) sub-aqueous crossing as well as other misc. water & sewer line relocations.
