This is a District-wide partial Design-Build Project consisting of safety improvements for Roadway Departure Implementation Plan (RDIP) including pavement markings, curve signage, delineation, shoulder upgrades, high friction surface treatments, and other miscellaneous construction on various state routes, in various municipalities in BERKS, CARBON, LEHIGH, MONROE, AND NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES and the permanent installation of a relocated digital message sign to replace a portable sign along I-81 northbound at mile marker 130 and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 0081, Section 31S, in Schuylkill County, Mahanoy Township at Segment 1294, Offset 2602.
