The approximate quantities of Work to be Bid upon is as described as follows: 4,762 SF Walk Removed, 131 FT Curb Removed, 3,766 SF Flagstone Walkway Removal, 1,008 SF Curb Ramp with Detectable Warning (4' wide, 4" thick), 9,076 SF Concrete Walk (4' wide, 4" thick), 1 LS Maintaining Traffic, 1 LS Construction Layout Stakes and Surveying, 1 LS Seeding and Mulching, 2 EA Pruning Existing Tree, Selective Root Pruning, 1 LS Inlet Protection. Alternate 1 option is to be constructed, the approximate quantities of Work to Bid upon shall also include the following additional quantities: 33 FT Curb Removed, 303 SF Flagstone Walkway Removal, 399 SF Concrete Walk (3' wide, 4" thick), 1 LS Seeding and Mulching, 1 LS Inlet Protection. Alternate 2 option is to be constructed, the approximate quantities of Work to Bid upon shall also include the following additional quantities: 8 FT Curb Removed, 70 SF Curb Ramp with Detectable Warning (4' wide, 4" thick), 1 LS Seeding and Mulching, 1 LS Inlet Protection Alternate 3 option is to be constructed, the approximate quantities of Work to Bid upon shall also include the following additional quantities: 2,238 SF Pavement Removed, 634 SF Concrete Walk (4' wide, 6" thick), 178 SY 6" Non-Reinforced Concrete Pavement, 1 LS Seeding and Mulching, 1 LS Inlet Protection. Alternate 4 option is to be constructed, the approximate quantities of Work to Bid upon shall also include the following additional quantities: 2,238 SF Pavement Removed, 634 SF Concrete Walk (4' wide, 6" thick), 178 SY Asphalt Concrete Intermediate Course, Type 1, 6" thick, 1 LS Seeding and Mulching, 1 LS Inlet Protection.
