For the Defiance County East Storage Building, located at 1300 East Second Street, Defiance, Ohio. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (base bid plus all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (base bid plus all add alternates), in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
