| Description | The Housing Authority of Plainfield is requesting proposals for painting services from qualified and certified painting companies. The annual amount of the services shall not exceed $50,000 per year. The paints are supplied by the Housing Authority. Please provide prices respectively for each type of apartments listed as follows; for studio and one-bedroom apartments at Richmond Towers, a senior housing, and for one-bed room, two-bedrooms, three -bed rooms and four -bed rooms apartments at Joanne Hollis Gardens, a family housing complex. Please see the price sheet in the submittal package for the painting contractors The contractor shall possess workers' compensation and employer liability insurance and three work-related references. |
