Grading Operations to serve Venetian at Weston Phase 2A

For East Fork FWSD No. 1-A of Collin County, Grading Operations to serve Venetian at Weston Phase 2A . The project scope includes approximately 73 acres of clearing and grubbing, 92,800 cubic yards of excavation and lot grading for 301 lots. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, if awarded the contract, you must be able to provide East Fork Fresh Water Supply District No. 1-A of Collin County (the District ) with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a Verification of Compliance with Government Code Chapters 2252, 2271 and 2274 form. Failure to do so will result in the District s inability to execute the contract.
