Horseshoe Substation Transformer 1 Foundation 1

The new unit is heavier and has a different center-of-gravity than the existing transformer which will necessitate a new foundation. This project will require the removal of the existing foundation and installation of a new foundation in approximately the same location. Work of this Agreement comprises the removal of existing substation transformer foundation and replacement with a new foundation in approximately the same location. Site located at the City of Loveland’s (City) Horseshoe Substation, located at 1264 N. Taft Ave., Loveland Colorado 80538, including: 1. Providing all equipment and labor to remove and properly disposal of the existing foundation. 2. Providing all equipment, material and labor to install the new foundation. 3. Utility locates.

Division 04 -	Masonry, Unit Masonry.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Substations, Power Distribution Units, Transfer Switches.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
