Description

Fortis Construction is seeking proposals for the University of Oregon (UO) Hamilton Walton Transformation Project (HWTP), Phase 3 Hamilton Open Space. The project is owned by UO and located on the corner of 13th and Agate, in Eugene, OR. Fortis is the Construction Manager / General Contractor for the University of Oregon (UO). This bid package includes all scopes of work for this phase, with the exception of abatement. Phase 3 of UO HWTP includes the following scopes of work: - Demolition of the existing Hamilton Hall - Construction of a new open space.
