Description

New Construction of Assisted Living 5-stories building which consist of 4-stories above the street grade and 1-story lower level. 110 Units (115 beds), which consist of: 91 units Assisted Living Units and 19 Memory Care Units. Scope includes but is not limited to: demolition; site work; concrete; site utilities; rough carpentry; wood framing; masonry; wood siding; roofing; building insulation; water proofing; drywall; painting; flooring; acoustical; bathroom specialties; metal awnings; MEP; fire alarm; fire sprinkler; kitchen equipment; landscaping & putting green. As of December 20, 2023, the bid date has been extended from January 5th to January 11th, 2024. There was no addendum issued to reflect this. Construction is expected to commence March 2024 and is expected to take approximately 15 months to complete.
