For SDG Plus Elevated Storage Tank Painting - Cleaning and Painting of Exterior and Interior of 500,000 Gallon Elevated Water Tank All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the amount of the bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of bid proposal, and the successful bidder will be required to execute the standard form of contract and agreement, together with a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond, with fifteen (15) days after formal award of the contract. The AIRPORT OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason at any time prior to execution of the Agreement; to waive any and all informalities in the bidding process; and to hold all bids for examination for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days. Replace 2" drain pipe in dry riser 4. Replace overflow screen 5. Install "OSHA Compliant" safety climb devices on all ladders Clean and paint interior and exterior tank surfaces.
