Description | As of July 24,2023, project was awarded to Folsom Services, Inc, awarded amount is $38,771.96. This project is a turnkey project from start to finish; furnish and install all items for all work identified in the project plans and bid specifications and all cost associated with the construction shall be included with the line items provided. No additional compensation for the work identified will be provided, unless authorized by the City through a valid change order. This project is being funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The awarded bidder shall comply with the Davis-Bacon Act and all Federal Provisions listed in Attachment D. To attend in person, interested parties should check in at the Information Desk in Building A to be escorted to this meeting Description of Project: All Work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The Work generally involves: Replacement of four (4) DX systems excluding one (1) mini-split that serves IT room. This price will be used to compare pricing and determine the lowest bidder. See Attachment B. 2) Removal and haul away of old equipment. 3) Additional Optional Units. These prices will not be used to compare pricing, they are optional items the City may or may not chose to have done. The City may choose to do one, both or neither of these items. a. Replacement of one (1) DX system that serves kitchen. b. Weekend installation for Offices unit. Installation shall include all incidental items for work to be performed as per the provided Attachment A: floor plan. |
