The Town of Orange is requesting bids for the Marshall Heights Water Tank Improvements. See bid project manual for dial-in details. Bids may be withdrawn using the procedure set forth in Virginia Code section 2.2-4330B.2. The project will consist of the following work: -Demolition of existing Marshall Heights standpipe -300,000 gallon glass-coated, bolted steel water tank -Associated site improvements and related incidental work The Town will award the contract on a lump sum base bid.
