Lake View Terrace Highrise Plumbing Replacement and Renovation Project - Rebid INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) #2 The St. Joseph Housing Commission (SJHC) invites sealed bids from contractors for the Lake View Terrace Highrise Emergency Plumbing Replacement and Renovation project. The project includes building renovation and relocation of residents; demolition, plumbing, mold remediation, flooring, drywall, finish carpentry, and general conditions. Residents' relocation includes storage units, a moving company, and hotel rooms. Bidders can bid on individual trades or all trades listed above. The SJHC estimates the project commence date, January 9, 2023, and estimates completion within 180 days. The St. Joseph Housing Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in the bidding, and/or accept the bid/s should it consider the same to be in its best interest
