Backup of access control system configuration; confirm correct recording preferences de-frag all hard drives as needed; and run system-wide diagnostic reports in order to identify nuisance alarms and/or faulty equipment. Include one (1) site-wide vulnerability assessment designed to identify gaps in current electronic security protection scheme and customer interview regarding needs analysis. Documentation must include test results for each location and system that clearly shows the customer has witnessed the test procedures and signed off as working. 3.
